Sponsorship Opportunities

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please complete the sponsorship registration form using one of the two options below:

• To pay online with a credit card, complete the online sponsorship form
• To mail or fax your registration, complete the PDF sponsorship form (56K)

Sponsorship Levels

• Primary Sponsor ($5,000) — You will receive a full-page ad/message in the official Summit program. You will receive recognition in the Summit website and in the e-letter of F.R.Hall & Associates LLC, "Farm to Fork." You will receive recognition in press releases and during the Summit. As a Primary sponsor you will receive three complimentary Summit registrations.
• Associate Sponsor ($3,000) — You will receive a half page ad/message in the official Summit program. You will receive recognition in the Summit website and in the e-letter of F.R.Hall & Associates LLC, "Farm to Fork." You will also receive recognition in press releases and during the Summit. As an Associate sponsor you will receive two complimentary Summit registrations.
• Affiliate Sponsor ($1,500) — You will receive a quarter page add/message in the official Summit program. You will receive recognition at the Summit. As an Affiliate sponsor you will receive one complimentary Summit registration.

Display Space

Sponsors will receive booth or table space outside the meeting room and will be able to display during the entire conference. Space is LIMITED to 15 sponsors on a first come, first serve basis. Space must be reserved by calling Kathy McCarthy at (701)231-7767.
